The building work includes concrete, wood framing, simulated stone veneer, LP siding, various finishes, shingle roofing and complete mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Site work includes excavation, grading, concrete sidewalks, stairs & ADA ramp, including new asphalt parking lot, landscaping and irrigation. Est. Completion Date July 29, 2026.
