Renovation of a municipal facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Basically consists of installing 5,300 SF of a single membrane roofing system. A Bid Security comprised of a certified check or bid bond drawn to the order of the Indiana Township executed by the bidder and a surety company satisfactory to the Township, in an amount equal to not less than ten percent of the total amount of the Bid mustbe submitted with the proposal. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, BID SUBMISSION. The Township of Indiana hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract work awarded will be to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder for each contract or combination of bids. Except as otherwise provided by law, no Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the Bid Opening. Questions deadline: 03/30/2025
