Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wilmington, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The 2025 Residential Paving Program project includes resurfacing six residential streets totaling 4,765 feet, 6,320 feet of the Luther E. Warren multi-use path, and full-depth pavement patches throughout the city. The roadways to be resurfaced are Fairland Avenue, Louise Street, Kathryn Drive, Hiatt Avenue, Kelly Drive, and Jenny Lane. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one-hundred percent Performance Bond upon award of the bid. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Question Deadline 04/09/2025 The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than NOVEMBER 30, 2025. The Board of Control of the City of Wilmington reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids.
