Replace EIFS siding with new siding and replace windows at two buildings. Work covered by the Project Manual and Drawings consists of renovations at the Holman Apartments on the UO Portland campus in Portland, Oregon, including but not limited to: 1. Removal of existing vinyl windows, removal of existing EIFS cladding and gypsum board sheathing, and installation of new insulated structural sheathing, vinyl windows, metal siding, and cement board siding and trim. Summary Project Description: Base Bid: Window and EIFS façade replacement for Holman Apartments South building. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of existing windows and EIFS. Refer to UO NOTICE OF RETAINER CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY. Alternate Bid No.1: Same scope of work on Holman Apartments North building, to be completed at the same time as the South building (prior to the start of the Fall Academic term). Alternate Bid No.2: Same scope of work on Holman Apartments North building, to be completed after the South building (during the Fall Academic term).
