Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 42,000-square-foot, 450-seat theater / auditorium.
As f October 17, 2025, this project is under construction. A Utah public charter school organization is seeking professional design services for the development of a new performing arts auditorium and associated facilities. The project entails the design of a 42,000 square foot facility, including a 450-seat auditorium and additional spaces to support performing arts education and campus operations. The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to outline the design services required and to serve as the basis for a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) through the Bonfire procurement platform. The selected design firm will provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services to deliver a fully coordinated set of design documents suitable for permitting, bidding and construction. The project is intended to enhance the school's performing arts program and provide operational support through a 3,000 square foot central kitchen. Construction is schedule to commence on December 1, 2025 with completion anticipated by December 31, 2026. Question Deadline 04/02/2025 at 1:00 PM MT Deadline to submit Questions Online.
