Renovation of a mixed-use development in Forsyth, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractors are invited to submit an offer for the Maroa-Forsyth Concession Stand Refresh Rebid. The project consists of installation of a DEFS soffit throughout the breezeway including associated lighting work, removal and replacement of casework and countertops in the concession area including associated plumbing and electrical. Alternate bids include replacement of resinous flooring in the concession area and installation and updating of exhaust fans in the concession area and toilet rooms. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all Work. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission. Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
