Site work for a water / sewer project in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project generally includes replacement of approximately 5,250 feet of 8- inch watermain under DNR-ARPA. Bids shall be based on unit prices. One contract will be awarded for all work. Question Deadline 04/24/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders should note the requirements for OSHA training of workmen and the requirements prohibiting the employment of unauthorized aliens prohibited including the submission of an Affidavit of Work Authorization with their bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Nondiscrimination in Employment: Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
