Butler County requests qualifications for preliminary architectural services, cost estimate, and subsequent design and inspection services to assist in a proposed renovation project for the Ozark Foothills Recycling Center to be partially financed with FY25 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Community Facility funds. The proposed project consists of ADA compliance upgrades for the restrooms, new lighting, and new roofing, Project estimate will be equal to or less than the cap allowable amount of $500,000. Information provided to the Butler County must include: 1. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to street and transportation improvements or related work. 2. The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within a period of twelve months beginning June 10th, 2025. 3.
