Renovation of a multi-residential development in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

** As of July 11,2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Housing Authority of the City of Poplar Bluff, MO is accepting bid proposals for a capital funding program of modernization work, CFP MO 501-24, Twin Towers Elevator Lobby Remodeling. Summary: Remodeling of the elevator lobbies leading to tenant dwelling units on 13 floors of each of the two towers. Total lobbies receiving work shall be 26 and each lobby is 380 sf. Work will include replacement of lighting, flooring, base, painting, signage, smoke detectors, and face plates. Location: Work will take place at the Twin Towers in Poplar Bluff, MO To be considered, bids must be made in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and Supplementary Instructions to Bidders included in the Project Manual. Each bidder must submit a Surety Bid Bond in the amount of (5%) five percent of their bid amount. The selected General Contractor will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Surety Bonds combined totaling the amount of the Contract and shall include its cost in their bid. The Housing Authority is a Tax Exempt Agency. Sales tax shall not be included in any proposal. All bids must be on a lump sum basis for each section of work; segregated proposals will not be accepted. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of (60) sixty days after the proposal date. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all proposals.
