As of April 16, 2025, decided not to proceed for this project, no rebid date yet Raywood Water Supply Corporation cordially invites you to Bid on the refurbishing of a 30,000 Gallon Elevated Storage tank with an approximate height of 100 feet, located at 47 CR 1820, Liberty, TX 77575. Please contact our office at 936-587-4505 or Email: rwsc@raywoodwater.com. Our office is located at 26 FM 2830 North, Liberty, TX 77575. Office Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 AM thru 3 PM. Replace 4 Overflow pipe to 4 ft above ground with flapper and screen. (quote Steel and/or PVC). Repair/replace Ladder & Rungs (specify which), include options of Retractable Ladder to Main Ladder, Fall Protection, Safety and Anti Climb systems. Remove and Replace Frost Proof Vent. Exterior Coating All deteriorated nuts/bolts to tie rods, turnbuckles or structural components to be identified and repaired/replaced. Exterior surfaces to be blasted to remove all dirt, loose coatings and biological debris. All areas of exposed steel to be prepared in accordance with SSPC-SP3 Power tool clean and primed. Specify thickness, number of coats, Type/Brand of Primer & Paint used, Shrouding required or not/ included, type blasting. Replace existing Logo. Interior of 30,000 Gal Elevated Replace/repair internal ladder Flush/clean interior bowl and disinfect.
