Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of a new community park on Bawden Drive located east of Leslie Street and north of Elgin Mills Road East. The park includes a full size basketball court, junior and senior playground, soccer field, colour coated tennis courts with lighting, fitness equipment, fitness loop, site furnishings including seating with umbrellas, park signage, and planting. TIMELINE: Design is be completed in house, updates will not be released. Construction proposed for 2026 pending budget approval. Updates may be available spring 2026.
