The City of Colorado Springs reserves the right (a) to reject any or all offers,(b) to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received, and/or (c) to accept any portion of an offer if deemed in the best interest of the City of Colorado Springs. Failure of the Offeror to provide in its offer any information requested in the RFP may result in rejection of the offer for non-responsiveness. The Offeror is advised that the successful Offeror shall be required to furnish to the City of Colorado Springs, upon award, one copy of each: Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract within ten (10) calendar days after notification of award of a contract. The cost of all bonds shall be included in Offeror's offer.
