The Project consists of:The construction of a 0.75 million gallon ground storage tank; Approximately 30 LF of 18 Water Line with all required fittings and restraints; The installation of appurtenances including but not limited to inlets, outlets, valves, and lightning protection; The replacement of any damaged or disturbed property, including but not limited to property fences and graded drainage ways. The project is located at the Silverado Water System site; north of FM 2931 and east of Regatta Pkwy in Denton County, Texas. There will be no prebid meeting for this project. All requests for information (RFIs) are due Friday, April 11, 2025 at 5PM. he point of contact is Samuel H. Davis, P.E. The date that the Bidding Documents are issued by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
