The building work includes the construction of a new one story building approximately 3,880 square feet. The work includes concrete, masonry, wood framing, insulation, siding and trim, stone veneer, windows and doors, gypsum board, painting, tile, frp panels, millwork, toilet accessories and gas fireplace. The site work includes but is not limited to utility mains and services (sanitary and water), various stormwater management improvements, sidewalks, a new electric service connection (RGE), communication service connection, lighting and landscape. The construction will disturb approximately three (3) acres of land.
