Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grand Junction, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center, educational facility, municipal facility and water / sewer project.
Project Scope: Base Bid, Replace all wet and dry system valves and controls. Replace dry system piping with best practices for the occupancy. Relocate/reroute wet system line between the mechanical room control valve to the Institution Education building and bypass present line. Bid Alternative 1: Drain/waste plumbing work in selected areas. Bid Alternative 2: Remainder of drain/waste work. Bid Alternative 3: All supply plumbing work. Bid Alternative 4: Replace Gym sprinkler heads. Bid Alternative 5: Fire Sprinkler System corrosion protection system. Taxes: Project is tax exempt. Please do not include Colorado State material sales tax.
