Colorado Mesa University is seeking qualified contractors to perform the following, interior paint, installation of LVT and carpeting, constructing open closets in the bedrooms and apartments. Work will begin on 19 May 2025 and must be completed by 28 July 2025. Scope of Services: Painting will include floors and ceilings in all residence rooms and apartments, hallways, lounges and all common areas, stairwells and laundry rooms. Painting will also include trim, rails and handrails. Wall and ceilings will be painted with two coats of Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200, Dover White, eggshell. All metal doors, jambs, railing systems will be painted with Proindustrial water-based alkyd enamel Gloss. Jambs and other trim will be Dover White. Handrails and railing will be Hunter Green. Priming, texture to match existing, painting of new closets. The bedrooms are approximately 220 sq ft with 9 ft ceiling height. Flooring work will include removal and disposal of existing carpeting and rubber base, preparation of floor for installation, all materials, adhesives, etc., required for installation of LVT, carpet and 4" rubber base.
