Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Working plans call for the renovation of a 250-square-foot municipal facility.
As of April 24, 2025 two bods were received neither of which will be accepted. This Project will install a Vertical Platform Lift - wheelchair lift - within the envelope of the existing North Porch, and includes: Creating a tempered interior space out of the existing uninsulated porch, including installation of insulated direct-glazed windows and a new insulated entry door. New interior porch finishes Restoration of the existing exterior finishes and ornamental features New EPDM roof over the existing roof structure New concrete stoop and augered pile structural supports The Project also includes the remodeling of an existing bathroom to create and ADA compliant bathroom. The total area of the remodeling work is approximately 250 SF. Site work includes concrete flatwork and a dry well associated with the building remodel. Anticipated Authorization to Proceed May 1, 2025 GAI requires the Project to be substantially complete within 120 days of the agreed-upon commencement date for construction
