Notice of Intent to Award: Week of October 06, 2025 Anticipated Contract Start Date: January 05, 2026 Contractor Questions Due: September 23, 2025 Landmark Center Sidewalk Replacement Construction Project Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract amount. Checks are not accepted in lieu of a Bond.
