City of Saint Paul Public Work Department is looking for bids on Lexington -Maryland Sewer Cleaning and &TV inspection project. Q And A Open 4/1/2025 5:30:00 AM Q And A Close 4/17/2025 12:30:00 AM Bidding Questions shall be directed to online. Enter 1.00 on Quantity Response and enter the amount of line 37 from Excel Bid Form on the Unit Price on line response. The City reserves the right to waive immaterial, minor deviations in the solicitation document, solicitation procedure, and/or solicitation response if it does not affect the competitiveness of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to not only check references but verify prior work experience. Failure to perform adequately on prior contracts may be grounds to determine that a responder is not responsible, and to disqualify from contract award. The contractor shall furnish to the City of Saint Paul a PERFORMANCE BOND, the sureties of which must be acceptable to the City in the amount equal to 100% of the contract amount, which bond shall expressly guarantee completed execution of the contract and all supplemental agreements comprising a part thereof. The contractor shall also furnish a separate PAYMENT BOND, the sureties of which must be acceptable to the City in the amount equal to 100% of the contract amount, to further expressly guarantee full and complete payment to all persons performing labor and/or furnishing materials in connection with the contract, and which bond shall indemnify the City for any loss sustained by the City on account of, or by reason of, the acts of the contractor or the acts of anyone directly or indirectly employed by the contractor in the prosecution of the work.
