The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, an assessment of existing green roofs at two locations; the City of Annapolis Police Department at 199 Taylor Ave and Pip Moyer Recreation Center at 273 Hilltop Lane Annapolis Maryland, followed by maintenance of the green roofs and a survey of the as-maintained condition.. Questions will be received until April 22, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Please direct all concerns, inquiries and questions to Charles M. Mike Garascia at cmgrarascia@annapolis.gov. Please also copy Jasmine Wilding, jtwilding@annapolis.gov on all correspondence, inquires and questions. This Contract shall commence on the date set forth in the Contract, and shall expire six (6) years later, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. B. Extension of Contract. The City reserves the right to extend the Contract for any reason for a period or periods up to but not to exceed twelve (12) months. This extension clause may be exercised when the City determines that an extension of the Contract is advantageous to the City. Any extension beyond twelve (12) months will be subject to the Citys renewal clause as set forth below or in the Contract. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
