**As of April 21, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded on April 28, 2025.** Removing the wall between two classrooms to create one large classroom. Two small interior windows. All new casework including display cases with solid surface coutnertops. New vinyl plank flooring and wall base. Minor modifications to power, data, lighting, and fire protection. Project is non-prevailing wage and is tax exempt. A bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in accordance with Chapter 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond for one hundred (100%) of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities and errors in bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipts of bids. Submit all questions about Documents to Architect in writing. Replies will be submitted to all qualified bidders in writing. Such written clarifications shall be considered Addenda and also shall become part of the Contract. The Architect and Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification.
