Demolition and site work for a residential development in Piqua, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
In general, the work consists of five (5) Demolition Projects located at 218 Cleveland St., 317 Virginia St., 420 S. Downing St., 815 Vine St. & 1044 Caldwell St. in Piqua, OH. The purpose of these projects are to demolish the existing building and incidental improvements to ready the site for redevelopment. State of Ohio prevailing wages are required. The final completion date is September 30, 2025. The Demolition Projects will be listed under: IFB 2514 - Demolition Project 218 Cleveland Street IFB 2515 - Demolition Project 317 Virginia Street IFB 2516 - Demolition Project 420 S Downing Street IFB 2517 - Demolition Project 815 Vine Street IFB 2518 - Demolition Project 1044 Caldwell Street All federal, state, and local laws regarding competitive bidding, anti-competitive practices, and conflict of interest shall be applicable to this IFB. Payment of Prevaling Wage is required for this Project. The City requires that this project completion and restoration by September 30, 2025. The City of Piqua reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in a bid, or to accept the bid or bids which the judgement of proper officials, is to the best interest of the City. The City of Piqua reserves the right to accept a part or parts of a bid unless otherwise restricted in the bid.
