Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Royal Oak, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
WORK SCOPE Include: 1. Bidder must be certified to install the Plexipave System. 2. Bidder must be a member of the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) 3. The reference standard is the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) 4. Bidder shall have been in business for the last 5 consecutive years in coating tennis courts. 5. Bidder shall include an allowance of 200 lineal feet for Rightway crack repairs. 6. Bidder shall include all surface preparation including patching all cracks except the Rightway crack repairs. 7. Bidder shall include the same type of court coloring and lines as existing. Exclude: 1. Patching for ponding. This work, if required will be completed with the allowance.
