The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental items but is not limited to the following major items of work: Clean 8" through 48" Diameter Sewer - 131,950 LF Televise 8" through 48" Diameter Sewer - 108,050 LF Root Treat 8" through 36" Diameter Sewer - 23,900 LF Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by a recognized surety company in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of Royal Oak as security for the acceptance of the contract. No bidder may withdraw their proposal between the date set for the opening thereof and the date upon which the contract is awarded. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and the right to waive defects in proposals.
