Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cookson, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a wastewater treatment plant.

Quantity Unit Description 1 L.S. Follow unloading instructions for the unloading of the CMF unit from shipping container (will require coordination with shipping company and having handling equipment with minimum 10,000-lb lifting capacity at water treatment plant (WTP) to unload CMF unit once it arrives) and placement inside WTP. Unloading of Electrical & Pneumatic Control Panels and other loose shipped items. Installation of four concrete equipment pads inside WTP for CMF unit (must be installed before unit arrives, anticipated arrival of unit is end of May). Installation of support leg extensions onto equipment pads. Installation of CMF unit onto leg extensions. Installation of block (4) & bleed valves (4) to CMF unit (will require field electrical wiring and pneumatic tubing to be supplied and installed). Installation of Unit Process & B/Wash Feed (AV3), Unit CIP Inlet/Drain (AV9), Unit Manifold Filtrate Exhaust (AV15), Unit TURB Sample Isolation (MV3), and Unit Filtrate Turbidimeter Sample (SV1) loose shipped valves. Installation of Turbidimeter panel. Installation of Unit Electrical and Pneumatic Control Panels on CMF unit with external field wiring (landing of wires and pneumatic tubing inside each control panel will be done by Memcor representative). 1 L.S. Piping and Appurtenances. All interconnect piping/expansion joints, flange hardware, tubing, fittings and installation required to connect new CMF unit to raw water feed and filtered water piping, existing ancillary equipment (Backwash Tank, Process Air Receiver, To/From CIP System, To CIP System) Piping materials and service lines must conform with table on Sheet 4 of the Memcor P&IDs. 1 L.S. Electrical and Controls. Upgrade WTP master control panel PLC, I/O modules, power supply and communication card to match/provide compatibility with PLC in new CMF unit. Upgrade existing CMF unit PLC, I/O modules, power supply and communication card to match/provide compatibility to upgraded master control panel and new CMF unit. Install/Supply Ethernet wiring between existing Page 2 master control panel and new CMF unit control panel. Provide field wiring and air supply (as required) for Block & Bleed Valves, and all loose shipped vales as required by Memcor Installation Instructions/P&ID Sheets (included in Specifications). Provide external field wiring for power and air supply hook up for new CMF unit. 1 L.S. Upgrade and configure SCADA system for compatibility with new CMF unit and upgraded PLC for master control panel and existing CMF unit. Upgrade and configure new control software.
