Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Park, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 5 , 2025 Project has been awarded to V&G Construction Solutions Corp. in the amount of $117,292.60 The work consists of restoration of damaged or deteriorated concrete sidewalk along with ADA intersection ramp upgrades and associated swale restoration (where applicable) along the following roadways: SW 58th Avenue SW 58th Terrace SW 59th Terrace SW 36th Street Sutton Road Barry Road The City of West Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals with or without cause; to waive any or all irregularities with regard to the specifications and to make the award to the firm offering the greatest advantage to the City. The City also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel this Invitation to Bid/Request for Proposal at any time.
