The work consists of, but is not limited to, the furnishing and installation of a new/complete sanitary sewer lift station and 2" HDPE private force main, including all connections and appurtenances at McTyre Park located at 3501 SW 56th Avenue, West Park, Florida 33023. The contractor shall, unless specified otherwise, furnish all materials, equipment, tools, and labor as necessary for site preparation, excavation, construction, installations, connections, testing, and start- up that is necessary to accomplish the work required under the contract and as shown on the engineering drawings and standard details and specifications prepared by Kimley Horn & Associates, Inc.
