Reference Number 0000382166 Parker Water & Sanitation District (Owner, PWSD, or District) is requesting proposals from qualified design-build (DB) firms to provide progressive design-build services for the North Water Reclamation Facility (NWRF) Phase 1B Expansion Project (Project). This Project will consist of an alternatives analysis, design, and construction resulting in a 2.8-MGD capacity expansion of the NWRF to meet increasing flows. The cost for design and construction of the Project is currently budgeted at $65 million. This budget is inclusive of all Project costs, such as professional advisory services, property or access rights, site investigations, environmental studies, certain governmental approvals, etc. The Owner intends to use current capital and rate payer funding to provide the capital funding needed for the Project.
