Site work for a road / highway in Parker, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The extent of the work is approximately as follows:2,000 gallons of modified epoxy pavement markings at various locations throughout the Town of Parker as well as 30,000 square feet of removal. The project will have three (3) mobilizations All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the Bid. The vendors can upload their bid bond when responding online. The bond will be retained by the Town as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a Contract and Performance, Payment and Maintenance bond in accordance with his bid when notified of the award. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the time fixed for closing them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest of the Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.
