Reference Number 0000373182 Job Location: Town of Parker The work consists of installation of a public sidewalk, light poles, and planter's boxes between Tailgate Tavern and Parker Garage restaurants. The work includes but is not limited to supply and installation of light poles, concrete caissons, removal and installation of concrete sidewalk, installation of bollards, supply and install of planters boxes, landscape rock and plantings. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest of the Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.
