Reference Number 0000371207 The work consists of procurement and installation of one (1) traffic signal at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Village Creek Parkway. The work includes but is not limited to supply and install of traffic signal poles and mast arms, concrete caissons, detection equipment, signal heads, illuminated street signs, pavement markings, and traffic control. Contract shall be completed on or before October 31, 2025 for this project. Liquidated damages will be charged in accordance with Trade Contractor's Agreement, Article 4 All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the Bid. The vendors can upload their bid bond when responding online. The bond will be retained by the Town as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a Contract and Performance, Payment and Maintenance bond in accordance with his bid when notified of the award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the time fixed for closing them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest of the Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.
