Site work for a mixed-use development in Parker, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the Bid. The vendors can upload their bid bond when responding online. The bond will be retained by the Town as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a Contract and Performance, Payment and Maintenance bond in accordance with his bid when notified of the award. The extent of the work is approximately as follows:8,000 square feet of thermos plastic pavement markings, 1,000 square feet of recessed preformed plastic of thermoplastic pavement markings, 1,500 square feet of lane use arrows, 6,000 square feet of thermoplastic stop bars and gores, 400 parking lot/on-street parking stalls, and miscellaneous pavement markings & removal plus associated traffic control. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the time fixed for closing them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest of the Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.
