Include Bid Name and Bid Number (above) with all correspondence PROPOSAL FOR FURNISHING ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, SUPERVISION, PERMITS, ETC. NECESSARY FOR THE NIRC BUILDING 34 - AIR HANDLING UNIT AND CONTROLS REPLACEMENT, LOCATED ON THE UNIVERSITY OF LOUISIANA AT LAFAYETTE CAMPUS, IN NEW IBERIA, LOUISIANA. 1. Replace existing air handling units 34A and 34B including piping modifications as required to accommodate new valves and controls. 2. Alternate No. 1 (Phase 2) - Convert all Variable Air Volume (VAV) box controls from old Building Management System (Insight) to current Building Management System (Tridium). Replace existing controllers and hot water valves as required. Refer to Sheet M103. 3. Alternate No. 2 (Phase 2) - Convert existing Hot water reheat controls from old Building Management System (Insight) to current Building Management System (Tridium). Replace existing controllers and hot water valves as required. Refer to Sheet M104.
