Additional sets obtained shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit. All non-bidders, subcontractors, vendors or dealers shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit for each set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
