Tree Trimming and Brush Mitigation - Chestnut Hill East Station The contract duration is 63 calendar days (9 weeks) from the Notice to Proceed. The Work includes but is not limited to: This contract provides for the accomplishment of pattern cut tree trimming, brush mitigation, hazardous tree removal (approximately 35), and trash cleanup on SEPTA's Chestnut Hill East Regional Rail Line. All work must be completed in nine (9) weeks starting on June 16, 2025, and finishing no later than August 23, 2025. Adequate manpower and on-track equipment shall be provided by the Contractor to perform the specified tasks. The Contractor is to understand that any such work not specifically mentioned in the specification, but that is necessary for the proper carrying out of the intent thereof, shall be required and applied, and the Contractor shall perform all such work as if it were particularly delineated or described. The Contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the specified tasks. A site visit has not been established for this project. All questions must be submitted, via email, to the Contract Administrator no later than Wednesday, April 9, 2025 by 4:00 pm ET to be guaranteed an answer. Answers will be issued to all bidders no later than Tuesday, April 15, 2025 by COB.
