Rebid High Bay & Head House Cleaning The “Work” includes: High Bay Cleaning service for various SEPTA stations and transportation centers for a one-year service primarily: 69th Street Transportation Center, Frankford Transportation Center, 2nd & 8th Street stations, 13th & 30th Street stations, 15th, 16th, and 17th Street stations. There will be two (2) cleanings per year for all locations besides 30th St. which requires three (3) cleanings per the one-year contract. FTC and 69th St. Transportation Centers will have one (1) optional cleaning built into the duration of the contract. Each bid submitted shall remain firm for at least ninety (90) days from the date of the Bid Opening and may not be withdrawn in whole or in part during that time. By submitting a bid, the bidder certifies that the bid price is held firm for that time and any extension thereof. A change, modification, or clarification to the Contract Documents can only by affected by a written Addendum issued by SEPTA via our ePS.
