Taconic DDSO Work Control has designated 9 trees at said location to be cut down, stump grinded, and have topsoil, grass seed, and straw install and all 9 tree locations to grade. SCOPE OF WORK Cut down 9 marked standing trees and remove from property. Stump grind all 9 tree stumps to a minimum of 4 inches below grade. Fill in holes from stump grinding with topsoil. Place grass seed and straw over each location. Contractor is responsible to make repairs to any property or lawn damage from but not limited to machines, vehicles, or the felling of such trees. Motorized equipment and vehicles are prohibited from accessing the backyard due to underground utilities as well as, all motorized equipment and vehicles shall remain at all times on pavement. All contractors and subcontractors submitting bids or performing construction work on public work projects or private projects covered by Article 8 of the Labor Law are required to register with the New York State Department of Labor under Labor Law Section 220-i.
