Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Port Richey, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
o Disconnect and remove existing 600kw Kohler indoor generator with base tank oInstall new 600kw 277/480v 3PH indoor generator with base tank (equivalent to what is already on site) o Install new muffler system o Install new radiator exhaust ducting o Install new muffler heat covering o Transfer existing diesel fuel into new generator base tank o Install new annunciator and wiring o Reroute existing generator electrical wiring to new generator unit and o Terminate per manufacturing specifications and NEC o Obtain electrical permit. The intent of this bid is to establish a contract between the District and one vendor for the purchase and installation of one replacement generator at J.W. Mitchell High School. The objective is to maintain existing backup power resources to the school without interruption.
