Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Port Richey, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) is requesting proposals from consult-ants with specific experience and qualifications in roadway design, drainage design, structural design, signal design, signing and pavement marking design, lighting design, landscaping de-sign, soil exploration and geotechnical evaluations, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), utility coordination, environmental permitting, specifications, and bid documents, and to provide post design services for the widening of Prospect Road/CR579 from two to four lanes from south of Clinton Avenue/SR52 to north of CR52, an approximate length of 0.4 miles (Project).
