Louisville Metro HousingAuthority (LMHA) is a Public HousingAgencywhich presently manages approximately 2,800 units of conventional and scattered site housing in Louisville, Kentucky. LMHA is a HUD-designated Moving to Work (MTW) agency and also operates a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. As a Public HousingAgency, LMHA receives the vast majority of its funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). LMHA recently received an Emergency Safety and Security grant from HUD for the installation of 33 security cameras across the Sheppard Square properties. Additionally, LMHA is in need of ongoing services including, but not limited to, installing, maintaining, repairing, monitoring, troubleshooting, servicing and related duties to the following systems: Video Surveillance, Servers, Intrusion Alarms, Fire Alarms, Access Control, Network, Cabling, Physical and cloud servers LMHA is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured security firms to: 1) Install 33 security cameras at LMHA's Sheppard Square property. 2) Provide ongoing services related to security equipment, including but not limited to, installing, servicing, and relocating security cameras and electronic entry system equipment. Installation of 33 security cameras-Immediately following a contract award as a result of this RFP, the selected firm must install 33 security cameras at pre-selected locations across LMHA's Sheppard Square Property within two (2) months. Cameras must be Avigilon brand or equivalent. Some cameras are required to be mounted on light poles. Install, repair, service, support and otherwise maintain our Camera system. This includes all cloud-based servers and systems, as well as workstations, monitors and otherterminal orwireless access points. o Install, repair, service, support, program and otherwise maintain our FedRAMPAuthorized Mass Notification System. o Install, repair, service, support and otherwise maintain our Door Electronic hardware that is integrated with Intrusion and Fire Alarm systems. o Install, repair, service, support and otherwise maintain our Video Management software and data storage.
