Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Construction of new park with a pavilion, kiosk, lighting and site improvements, including earth excavation, unit pavers, concrete curb and flat work, subdrainage, storm piping, water and sewer services, asphalt pavement repair, bollards, signage, a boardwalk, precast concrete seat walls, site furnishings, irrigation, landscaping and sodding. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Question Deadline 04/17/2025 Written requests may be forwarded up to 5-calendar days before the Bid Date. This project consists of LouMed Commons. The Owner expects to immediately award a contract to the successful bidder, within budget, with construction to be substantially completed by October 15, 2025. A bid may not be modified, withdrawn or cancelled by the Bidder for a period of (60) days after the designated time for receipt of Bids.
