The Township of Lanark Highlands is requesting proposals from qualified respondents to complete the contract for the 2025-2028 biennual inspections of urban bridges and structures in accordance with the Ontario Regulation (O.Reg) 104/97. The 2025 to 2028 project consists of the inspection and development of the Ontario Structure Inspection Manual (OSIM). There are sixteen (16) structures located within the limits of the Township and the inspections are comprised of (but not limited to) photographs, asset life cycle information and rehabilitation costs / schedules. The successful company shall also complete a summary report to identify and prioritize recommendations for the maintenance and capital needs for the next ten (10) years as part of this RFP.
