New Roof for Carmi Police Department The City of Carmi is seeking bids for anew roof for the Carmi Police Department, located at 703 Oak Street, Carmi, Illinois. Bidders should include bids for a TPO Roof or a Dura last Roof or bid both options. Bids should include material and labor. Illinois Prevailing Wage will apply in accordance with the Prevailing Wage Act. Those submitting bids must have an Illinois Roofing License. Bids should include the bidder name, contact information, bid quote and a certificate of liability insurance. Bids that do not contain a certificate of liability insurance will be rejected. The City of Carmi reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
