The City of Carmi, Illinois is accepting bids for the demolition of the structure at 200 West Kerney Street, Carmi, IL. The structure must be demolished and hauled to an approved landfill. Illinois Prevailing Wage will apply in accordance with the Prevailing Wage Act. The contractor must carry $1 million in liability insurance. Bids should include the bidder name, contact information, bid quote, and a certificate of liability insurance. Bids that do not contain a certificate of liability insurance will be rejected. There are no bid documents or plans available for this project. The City of Carmi reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
