#2025-COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT-045 The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Repair the drain, waste and vent system to meet plumbing specifications. Bidders will be required to meet the City of Jackson's pre-qualification requirements prior to bid opening. Bidders must be prequalified through Sam.gov registration completion. The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: Repair the Drain, Waste, and Vent System The scope of this work shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete this project according to the specifications listed in the contract documents. All labor, equipment and materials necessary for completion of the work, but not specifically listed as a pay item, will be deemed to be included in one or more of the pay items listed in the bid sheet. Replace drain, waste and vent system so that it is working properly and safely. Repairs methods and materials to meet with approval of plumbing inspector. Remove and replace drain line starting with upstairs bathtub and sink, to include the toilet. Continue replacement of main line to the basement to include existing cast-iron T. When re-setting the toilet, a new wax ring shall be installed along with new bolts. Replace sink drain to the main drains. Making sure proper flow of line is included. All work to be inspected and done in a workmanlike manner. Note: The owner will have the sewer line exposed along the wall for access. Contractor not responsible for any wall or ceiling reinstall, as the owner will take care of this. Contractor will take care to avoid any further damage
