The Employment Building; 875 Union St., Salem Oregon 97301 3. The Human Services Building (HSB); 500 Summer St., NE Salem Oregon 97301. 4. The Library Building: 250 Winter St., NE Salem Oregon 97301 5. The Public Services Building (PSB); 255 Capitol St., NE Salem Oregon 97301 A. Interior Storage 1. Store with seals and labels intact and legible and in weathertight enclosure when subject to damage by the elements. 2. Maintain required temperature and humidity rangesin Contractor provided enclosures. Suitability of Owner furnished storage shall be judged and used by Contractor to meet manufacturer's requirements. B. Contractor Staging Areas : Store materials above the ground on blocking or skids to prevent soiling, staining, and/or moisture infiltration. Cover materials with waterproof breathable sheet coverings, such as canvas tarps, when they are subject to deterioration by the elements; provide adequate ventilation to avoid condensation. Materials allowed to become damp or wet shall not be used in the project and shall be rejected. All storage locations are to be approved in advance by Owner's Authorized Representative. C. Arrange storage in a manner to provide easy access for inspections of stored products to assure that products are maintained underspecified conditions and free from damage or deterioration. D. Provide substantial coverings as necessary to protect installed products from damage from traffic and subsequent construction operations. Remove when no longer needed. F. The Contractor is responsible for designating the delivery dates of Owner-furnished if applicable in the Contractor's Construction Schedule and for receiving, unloading and handling Owner- furnished items at the site. The Contractor is responsible for protecting Owner-furnished items from damage, including damage from exposure to the elements, and to repair or replace items damaged as a result of their operations.
