Renovation of a municipal facility in S Zanesville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project consists of replacement of existing windows and exterior doors with new aluminum storefront systems. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $600,000. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid Surety furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Doc Notes: A.
