Renovation of a multi-residential development in S Zanesville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Floor Replacement at Maple Terrace High Rise Apartments . The Owner requires the Project to be completed in 90 calendar days from date of award of contract. This project is subject to Davis Bacon Wage Rates and is tax exempt. A certified check or cashier's check, payable to the Zanesville Metropolitan Housing Authority, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable Sureties in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price, on forms as prescribed in the Bidding Documents. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Form HUD - 5369, included in the bid Documents. Submit Bids on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete Bid Form. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
