The Board of Muskingum County Commissioners desires to upgrade the security system at the Muskingum County Juvenile Detention Center located at 1860 East Pike, Zanesville, Ohio. Estimated completion time is 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) weeks following the award of a contract to the successful bidder. The Muskingum County Juvenile Court and the Board of Muskingum County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids submitted. Each bidder is required to furnish with its bid, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.
