The Muskingum County Board of Commissioners is in theprocess of addressing needed improvements to the Muskingum CountyCourthouse. Muskingum County is requesting qualifications from qualified architectural and engineeringfirms to provide comprehensive professional design and consultingservices related tothe planned renovation and interior o modernization ofthe Muskingum County Courthouse. The scope of renovations spans multiple floors, including reconfiguration of interior layouts, infrastructure upgrades, space planningfor departmental relocations, targeted improvements to ADA access, public-facing spaces, and courtrooms. The project may involve complete demolition and renovations of areas. The successfulfirm will provide full professional services from concept development through , construction administration. DESIGN SERVICES Design services requested as part ofthe RFQ areto be all inclusive resulting in the complete design ofthe project and shall Include, but are not limited to thefollowing: o Architecture o Fire Protection o Interior Design o Electrical o Structural o Technology o Mechanical o Plumbing o Security Electronics o Security Design The selected A/E shall provide all drawings, specifications, and documents required for compliance with governing agencies. It is thefull intention ofthe Muskingum County Board of Commissioners to carefully review all proposals and to determine a successfulA/Eforour Courthouse Remodel project. However, the Owner reserves the rightto reject any and all proposals forjust cause. The Owner may select a firm with orwithout interviews.
